Japan is surrounded in all directions by the sea and has four
seasons, so that peolple eat mainly fish and different food stuff
from different seasons. The basic Japanese food style is made up
of one soup and three kinds of dishes such as sashimi, boiled stuff
and baked stuff together with rice and tukemono. As the typical
Japanese food there are tenpura, sushi and sukiyaki.
sukiyaki
Dish which boils vegetables, beef, tohu, and shitataki. The cooking
method (in boiling)is different in Kansai and Kanto district.

After frying eat them with dipping in soup.

Dish which combines rice mixed with vinegar with raw fish, shellfish
and seaweed. Eat sushi with soysauce.
